Orders

All orders are subject to availability. The items in your beach bag are not reserved. Once you have made your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from customercare@frolikbeachstyle.com. If you do not receive an email acknowledging your order please email us at customercare@frolikbeachstyle.com. Your order will only be complete when we send you an email to say your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to reject any orders if for example we do not get authorisation for payment, an item is unavailable or you live in a country with shipping restrictions.

 

Pricing

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars. Our currency convertor is available for you to use but your payment will always be made in SGD. International Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes by the recipient country. These are usually levied once the shipment reaches your country and you will be responsible for paying these charges.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by Paypal which gives you the flexibility to pay using any major bank cards. Please note that international orders will be transacted at the currency rates set by Paypal at the time of purchase. Please email customercare@frolikbeachstyle.com if this is not a convenient method of payment for you and we will try our best to offer an alternative.

 

Delivery

Frolik offers free delivery within Singapore, and worldwide shipping on orders over $150 using registered post with delivery times ranging between 5 to 14 days on average.

Expedited shipping is provided at an additional cost which is calculated at checkout by DHL. This is trackable online and we will provide you with a shipping tracking number once dispatched. International Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes by the recipient country. These are usually levied once the shipment reaches your country and you will be responsible for paying these charges. This method of delivery will require a signature on receipt.

Please email us at customercare@frolikbeachstyle.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote for overseas shipment outside of Singapore.

 

Exchanges and Returns

At Frolik we will accept exchanges and returns provided that the garment is returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different style or size, based on stock availability. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. For the purpose of hygiene, swim shorts, bikini bottoms, and swimsuits should be tried on over underwear. The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides a tracking service and/or insures you for the value of goods.

Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card in your PayPal account. Please allow up to 10 business days for any refund to your original payment card account.

Faulty Goods

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty item. On inspection of the garment, Frolik will determine whether you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a faulty item.
